Terms-Conditions

1. Goods book Under General Condition printed below and under section 10 of carrier act, Maximum liability is 10 time of freight under section 12.

2. In absence of proper documents of goods if any tax & penalty imposed, will be recovered before delivery.

3. Insure the goods from insurance company to compensate for the loss due to accidental or theft.

4. All disputes to be settled under the jurisdiction of Raipur.

5. The company will not receive gold, silver, precious stone, pearls, jewelleries, valuable document and other precious cargo and the officers and agents of the Company are unauthorized to receive any such consignment for carriage. If any such property is in fact booked Company will be under no responsibility in respect thereof.

6. The Company will not receive or carry goods and articles contraband by law of an explosive inflammable damaging at dangerous nature unless permitted by Government and being properly secured and packed. But previous notice of the nature of such goods has to be given to the company otherwise such goods and articles will be dealt with as Company may thing fit and the consignor shall be bound to make good the Company and loss of damage that may be occasioned by the dealings of the Company.

7. The Company will not be responsible for any loss of damage to goods arising from the act of God unexpected and unavoidable emergencies, riot & civil commotions robbers, thieves, dacoits, heat, fire, rain, leakage and any kind of accident whatsoever.

8. The Company reserves the right to itself without assigning any reason for delay detention of transport and delay in delivery at the destination.

9. All claims regarding the consignment will be settled only at H.O. Raipur subject to the company’s rules and regulations and condition of carriage. If no claims for compensation is lodge within 90days of booking of goods the company is not liable to entertain any claim thereafter.

10. Demurrage will be charged at the rate or five paise per kg per day after 72 hrs. of the receipt of goods. The company is not liable to intimate the arrivals of goods to the parties.

11. Perishable goods, all liquids & breakable goods are accepted under party’s risk.

12. If the goods are not taken delivery within six months of their arrival at destinations Company reserves the right to sell the goods at prevalent market price and realize the freight charges and demurrage that might occur in that account.

13. The Company may deviate from its usual rout & carry the the goods by any way it thinks fit without assigning any reason thereof Whatsoever.

14. The employees, Officers & agent of the Company are unauthorized to alter any of the above terms & conditions.

15. The Company will not be responsible for any claim, loss and damage to the OWNERS’S RISK consignment and reserves the right to in repudiate the claim without assigning any reason.

16. At the arrival of Truck the consignee must get it unloaded within 2 hours falling which he will be liable to pay the detention charges of 100 rs per hour .

17. After Goods dispatch from our premises our liability ceases.
